If you receive products from Buyproductboxes.co.uk that do not meet your specifications or are defective, please notify us within 30 working days of receiving your order by emailing info@buyproductboxes.co.uk.

Important Note: We handle returns and refunds primarily for cases where there are defects in the product. Please note that chargeback is not an option.

What happens if there's a problem?

Let's break down the process depending on the cause of the issue:

Issue caused by Buyproductboxes.co.uk (Company-Side Defects):

• If we made a mistake in producing your order (the issue is determined to be the company's fault), we will gladly take responsibility and offer a free reprint of your order.
• The determination of defects will be made by Buyproductboxes.co.uk's management team, and their decision on whether the defect is our responsibility will be final.
• To help us get the reprint process started, please provide clear proof of the defect, such as digital photos, upon request

Issue caused by the Customer (Client-Side Defects):

• If the problem stems from an error in the design you provided or the specifications you approved (the issue is on the customer's side):
• Reprint Request: If a reprint is needed, the entire order must be returned within 10 working days at the customer's expense, along with proper documentation of the defects and digital photographs. Note: You will be charged for the reprint as per company policy.
• Refund Request: If a refund is desired instead of a reprint, the customer must return the printed items. A refund will be issued after deducting the setup and shipping costs from the original order total.

Order Cancellation:

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's our policy on cancellations:

• Once you approve the final proof of your design, your order is immediately sent to our printing department.
• You have a 4-hour window after proof approval to cancel your order.
• If you cancel after the 4-hour window has passed but the order is still being processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied. We request that cancellation be requested within 12 to 24 hours of proof approval.
• Unfortunately, if your order has already entered the printing press, we won't be able to offer a refund. However, we can offer complimentary warehouse storage and ship the order to you when you are ready.
